This 1887 Morgan Silver Dollar NGC MS63 VAM 12 Alligator Eye is in a modern PCGS 3-Pronged holder. The coin is as “white” as it can get (meaning there is no trace of toning anywhere…none on the obverse, reverse, or rim. I think this coin would even have a chance at a CAC sticker. This is a great coin for the VAM collector or the upgrade collector. Although the holder does not describe the VAM, I took photographs to show that it is a VAM.
